Lucky Goat Coffee, a Florida-based roaster, tasting room, and distribution company, takes great care when sourcing its coffee for our pods. We work closely with importers to find coffees that are not only high-quality, but also interesting and pleasingly unique. Our wide variety of origins and tasting notes includes a mix of perennial favorites and new, unusual, and seasonal flavors.
Our Southern Pecan is a natural light-bodied coffee, with no sugar, keto-friendly, and gluten-free. The coffee pods are compatible with Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 K-Cup brewers. Our Master Roaster has spent years developing the perfect roast profile for these coffee pods, ensuring a simply great single-serve coffee experience.
For each type of coffee, we develop a unique profile - a map that shows how we apply heat over time. It takes trial and error to create a profile that best fits each cup of coffee, balancing its inherent character and the flavors that develop through roasting. Each cup is distinctive, appropriately reminiscent of its origin, while also being both balanced and familiar.

All our coffee pods are made with pure Specialty Grade Arabica coffee beans, freshly roasted in Tallahassee, Florida, since 2010. We are committed to highlighting coffees from unique growing regions, with an emphasis on micro-lots and distinctive flavor profiles. Our devotion is to explore innovative processing methods while focusing on the characteristics of each coffee we roast.
Our Southern Pecan coffee pods are deliciously flavored with aromatic oils, providing a nutty, sweet, and smooth finish. These single-serve cups are compatible with Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 pod brewers and are vegan, keto-friendly, and free from gluten and added sugars.
